Return and cancellation policy

Order Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at Info@Valessoshop.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund right away.

If your order has already been dispatched, the cancellation will be handled as a return once the product is delivered.


Returns & Refunds Policy

At Valesso, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to feel right. If something isn’t what you expected, we offer a simple and fair return process.

Please review the conditions below:


1. Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return

  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange

  • After your request is approved, the return must be shipped within a reasonable time frame

  • Delays in shipping your return may result in ineligibility for a refund


2. Eligibility Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • In the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and seals

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)

Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify.

Promotional bundles (e.g. “Buy 2 Get 1 Free”) must be returned in full to receive a refund.


3. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or faulty)

We will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

We strongly recommend using trackable shipping.
We cannot issue a refund if the parcel does not arrive and no valid tracking is provided.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Funds are credited to the original payment method


Refund Delays

Banks and payment processors may take 2–5 business days to complete the transaction once we issue the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank/payment provider

Damaged / Faulty Items (Zero Hassle)

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take photos of the product and packaging

  2. Email us immediately with your order number

We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
